HootBooth DSLR EventPRO photo booths come preinstalled with Microsoft computers/tablets that run on Microsoft Windows OS 10. On October 5th, 2021, Microsoft began rolling out Windows 11 - a new release with many changes to the code base.
We have been testing Windows 11 with our DSLR photo booth software program and it runs well; however, there are a few bugs we are seeing in our photo booth software that are caused by the new Microsoft Windows 11 operating system.
Therefore, at this time, we recommend that you wait approximately 6 months before updating your photo booth's computer/tablet to Windows 11.This will give our software developers time to make changes in our software code that will fix the bugs we are seeing between our DSLR photo booth software and Microsoft's new Windows 11 operating system.
